Hey! My name is Jake and I've been living in the Living Learning Community in building A. I'm currently selling my contract for the spring 2018 semester just because I'm going to be moving off campus! I love the LLC, its fun, close to classes and I have great roommates. If anyone is interested please give me a call at (240) 751-3375!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hey guys, my spot in Merrill Hall is open for the spring semester. As far as on-campus location goes, Merrill has been fantastic—it is right next to the library and the engineering and business buildings so I’ve been a two-minute walk away from all my classes. The space is nice too, there is a living room and full kitchen with oven and stove top so you don’t have to have a meal plan. There is a ton of storage space both in the bedroom and in cabinets around the apartment. The building itself has a gym, ping-pong and pool tables, a huge study room with computers, a large free laundry room, and frequent activities to get to know your neighbors. Check out the layout at http://www.usu.edu/housing/single/merrill. The price is only $1,620 a semester, email me at nick.w.brown1@gmail.com or text 707-319-9666 if you’re interested.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I LOVE where I live and my roommates and neighbors are the bomb.com and SO kind and hilarious buuuut I'm transferring down south so I need an awesome person to take my contract! I've already paid for a year of parking so no fee there :) The rooms are furnished. Big closet (for a typical shared room) with lots of shelving available and desk space. There's washers and dryers downstairs. Campus is half a block away (and you can take the elevator from the parking garage so HELLO to no stairs *fist pump*). You can keep the blocks the bed is on if you want to store things under there. I seriously don't understand how this place is so cheap! (It's probably because they don't really have a website to themselves so no one knows about it #answeredmyownquestion...eh) Sorry it's a bit messy in the pictures, I wanted to get this up today so I took pictures as is haha. You can move in as soon as fall semester is over as far as I'm concerned (because I've paid for it) even though spring semester doesn't start till January. So enjoy like a half a month free! No hassle (or hustle) move in that way. Email, call, or text me! If I don't answer leave a message and I'll call you back asap :) For more info check out this page: https://www.logantownhomes.com/category/hillside-apartments/

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am currently selling my contract to live anywhere on campus! I have loved living on campus! It has been a blast and a great oppotunity to meet new people! It is also so convenient having everything within close walking distance. Prices vary depending on where you would like to live on campus. If you have any questions go to usu.edu/ housing or call/text me at 801-425-7796! :)

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am selling my on campus housing contract for Spring semester! with the contract, I can sell it to either male or female and you can decide where to live on campus. Bullen hall where I currently live is apartment style, with 3 shared bedrooms a bathroom and a kitchen. There is tons of storage space and close to the fine arts building, and a really quick walk to anywhere on campus. I will even add in the parking pass I purchased ($150 value) with the contract. The price for Bullen Hall is $1550 for the semester, but with the contract you can still decide to move somewhere else on campus. Email me at Jordan.tubbs@aggiemail.usu.edu if you have questions!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm selling a private room/private bathroom in building C for Spring semester. The apartment is on the top floor with a corner location so the views are amazing. This is one of the biggest floor plans and probably the best apartment complex in Logan. There's four roommates in total and the three girls I live with are super nice, clean, and fun. Blue Square has a great social atmosphere and is really close to campus and the shuttle comes right to the buildings. Text me for more details or pictures! 208-681-2315 :)
